Wurlitzer Model C-300 (4 replies and 1 comment)
Hi We are fairly sure this is a Viscount Recitative model. We have your e mail and will send you the likely service manuals. Regards David
Thank you very much David....I was talking to the guy who owns this and it is actually a C-350 but falls within the 300 series family so all the basic electronics and functions should be the same....We are having problems with one of the bass pedal notes sounding when the third preset button is pressed.....so now I am thinking that the problem is with the bass pedal unit...but it would be nice to have the service manual just in case there are other problems.....Thank you very much for replying to my post.....It is much appreciated.....
Cheers
Hi David......Bernie here...DId you happen to find a copy of the service manual for this model after???? I have to go out of town tomorrow and I have to stop by to have a look at this unit........
Cheers,
Bernie
Hi Dave. Bernie here...Did you ever find that service manual for this organ after?? We did fix the bass pedal problem but now have another issue with no sound from any bass pedal.....but the the Swell to Pedal and Great to pedal works ok according to the customer...any help here would be greatly appreciated.....They do not have anybody else in this area for repairs on anything.....so I am trying to help them out.......
Cheers,
Bernie
I own a Wurlitzer C380. I'm having a problem with a Swell key not returning to the full up-right position. I have the original User Manual but it would be helpful to know how to expose the keyboards to determine the cause and possibly repair myself. While I'm lucky to have a Viscount rep and service person nearby, if I could rectify myself it would save a bit of money.
These C series organ really are splendid instruments.
