Envoy 35-F not starting up (2 replies and 2 comments)
Hi, Let me have a number now and I can call you to explore what we can sort for you this morning. Where are you? Regards
David
Good Morning, I've been in touch with Jeremy and we are arranging a time to pick up the part. Thank you ever so much for getting back.
A big thank you to David and Jeremy who have provided an unbelievable level of customer service and support to us at Llanaber which is a considerable distance from their main base. From reporting that our Envoy 35-F wasn't starting at around 23:30 last night (Friday) they worked around the clock to get the required parts along with David to Llanaber on Satuday to fit the replacement parts and get the organ working again in plenty of time for our first wedding of the weekend on Saturday afternoon. Both bridal party's also want me to convey their esteemed thanks to you all for getting the organ repaired in time for the weddings.
Delighted we could get to you in time and effect the repair which required a new mother board. Our regards to both bridal parties and of course the organist Owain. If you have to make an unexpected trip on a Saturday morning many worse places to end up than Llanaber as this photo shows.

We have an Envoy 35-F in our church. Unfortunately the instrument isn't starting up. The lights above the pedal board and on the music desk are fine, the amplifier inside it also starts up but the display remains blank and the light sequence on the stops and pistons doesn't happen. Do you have any advice or spare parts we can purchase at very short notice since we have weddings on Saturday and Sunday.
