Envoy 350-FV Faulty 'on/off switch' (1 reply and 1 comment)
Hi Andrew H,
Your organ will be under warranty so please contact your supplier to arrange a service engineer call to fit a new switch. Regards David
Dear David, Peter arrived as arranged this morning and replaced the switch. Turning on perfectly now. Peter also introduced me to the extremely wide variations that this wonderful instrument has to offer. So much more than I realised or even imagined. Good news with the new instalments around the country. Thank you for your and Peter's time. Kind regards, Andrew

This organ is 3 years old. I've had since new from Viscount. When I switch-on, there is an electric buzz and small spark from switch. The organ does not switch-on. After several attempts it might start. Usually not. Not the best time of year for organ failure. Your advice to deal please.
