Frozen setting (Sonus 60) (1 reply)
Hi, Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes there was a problem in 1.14.13. If you load 1.14.14 the bug has been fixed. Regards David

I am experiencing frozen settings. I am using the Baroque factory pre-set voices.
Instance, yesterday, I selected Gt piston 5, coupled Gt to pedal, followed by an hour of steady slow-practice, note-learning of a large (new to me) J. S. Bach prelude and fugue. No registration changes involved. At the end of my practice session I found the general cancel did not ‘cancel’ and no other pistons did anything. The instrument was stubbornly stuck on the practice-registration I had selected at the outset, although I could use individual rocker tabs to switch on and off individual ranks. I powered off and then on, and the problem had gone, all pistons and the general cancel seemed fine. So reassured, I switched off again and ended the day’s practice.
Another practice session this evening, and at the end, the same situation has arisen. As yesterday, I have powered off and on and all seems normal again, all pistons working fine. I have switched off again and ended the day’s practice.
NB. I recently upgraded the Physis Sonus 60 software to the latest version, from the Viscount International website: Release: 1.14.13. (In my four years of ownership - from new - I always have upgraded with each new software release, without any problem).
Anyone else experiencing a similar ‘bug’??
