Sonus 60 freez (2 replies)
I answer in a separate topic because it is not possible to add a reply to the original topic.
Yes, I also own a Sonus 60 and have updated to the latest version 1.14.13_B. and unfortunately I have encountered O.S. freez after a few tens of minutes of practice. In my case, the block affects all organ controls (tab, piston, keyboard), you must turn the organ off and on again.
Fortunately I always keep the previous versions of the firmware (1.14.7), and tonight they will update it to the previous version.
Please be careful: if you reinstall a previous firmware version, all additional configuration data will be lost (including any new voices stops installed with the Physis Editor). After the procedure it will be necessary to recalibrate the crescendo/expressions pedal (it is necessary to enter the service menu). If you are not sure whether you can perform these operations yourself, please do not load an older version of the firmware.
Good news: I reported the freezes issue to Viscount and they checked it out. They corrected the problem and released a new version 1.14.14.
This new version corrects the problem of occasional freezes and also corrects USB communication with Physis Editor on Windows 10.
