Sonus 60: power failure (2 replies and 1 comment)
HI
Sounds like the internal fuse has blown. Where are you located? Our service department can contact you on Monday. Regards David
hello David,
That is a speedy reply.
I am in north London.
My reference on your records is: Invoice 2227. P101. 27/06/2016
Problem all solved. First-rate prompt on-site service from Viscount, locating and replacing the blown fuse.
Thank you. 5-stars I reckon!
Back to Viscount Organs Forum...
My Sonus 60 just now stopped working, mid-play ... no lights, no sound. Annoyingly this has happened just as I prepare for tomorrow’s services.
I have replaced the 5-amp fuse in the three-pin plug. No change.
The power source is fine; an extension-lead gang of four sockets from which two LED desk lamps for lighting the music desk also run. These are unaffected. This set-up has been the same since purchase 18 months or so ago.
What to do?
