Updates for Envoy 350-FV (1 reply and 1 comment)
I have an Envoy-350FV bought new from Viscount Organs November 2014. Still very much enjoying the instrument.
I wondered if there are any updates available that I can add.
I have restored factory settings after making so many changes and lost the capacity to use the 'Alternative Voices' function. All the set styles are lost. Or am I missing a trick somewhere?
I look forward to your guidance. Thank you. Andrew
Andrew, the alternative voices function is only available in the 'user' styles 1 to 4. Are you trying to alter a set style.English, romantic etc? Although you say they are lost? Factory reset should not do that. Regards David
David. Thank you for getting back to me.
I had used the 'user styles' with 'English', etc. and didn't pay attention to what I was doing. It's been a while since these were set up. Of course they're gone with the factory reset. I haven't lost the set styles showing the padlock.
As it happens, looking further down the forum I see another Viscount 350-FV user (Dr Peter Christie) has shared their user styles. Looks interesting.
As you said, I like others have a bit of time on my hands to 'experiment'.
Whilst, I'm here though. Are there any new updates for the Envoy 350-FV, out of interest?
Thanks again David,
