St John the Evangelist Angell Town Brixton March 2024
St John’s has a small ailing pipe organ on a gallery at the west end of the church, remote from the other musicians and congregation. The vicar and organist selected a new Ensign 35-SV model with the Physis Plus platform which was installed at the east end. Because of the generous acoustic only two external speakers and a subwoofer were needed for an excellent sonic result.
