St Mary’s PCC faced a multiple six-figure sum for the restoration of their pipe organ, plus significant repairs to the roof above it. They therefore elected to install a new Physis Plus model, the Regent 361-SDK with moving drawstops. This instrument was installed with 12 speakers and two subwoofers at the east end of the nave, with an antiphonal division placed on the west gallery to support further the congregational singing, broadcasting through another 6 speakers.
