Help with Cantorum Duo keyboard noise (1 reply and 2 comments)
That sounds like a noise made by the tracker touch bubble under the key. It needs replacing.
Thank you!
Update: My local agent spent 7 weeks of trying to fix this problem. I was just informed that they have to replace the entire lower keyboard.

After 2 years of use, one of the keys on manual 1 started making noise https://youtube.com/shorts/nBb_KfYBIC0?feature=share
I wonder what caused it and how to rectify the problem. My local agent took the keyboard back to the workshop but seemed to have trouble fixing it.
Thank you in advance for any pointers.
