So after this message the organ didn't start up any more.
Replacement of the motherboard didn't resolved the problem.
After replacement of the CPU the problem was resolved.
Probably due to something that gone wrong in an update, the software on the cpu was corrupt,
so replacement with new software on it was the solution.
After installation the volume pedals did need to be calibrated true the service menu (accessible by holding value + and value - and exit and enter together), but first see extended manual for calibrating them how to do it correct.
I post this so people with same problem can resolve this in future.
