Transpose legend solo from Mainstage (1 reply)
As I see it the Legend Solo is a single manual organ with a midi output and Mainstage is an Apple specific "synth". (I could be wrong about the capabilities of Mainstage because I have never used it.)
Has the solo any capability to transpose within itself? What "message" are you talking about? Is it being sent from mainstage to the solo via midi? Midi does not have any such message. You need to find out more about why your other keyboards do do the transposition before investigating why solo does not do it.
If you have a windows computer you could connect your solo to eplayOrgan and that will do the transposition without any problems.

Hi, I bought a used Legend Solo yesterday. Hooked it up via usb to my Macbook Pro and Mainstage. Mainstage finds the Legend. Setting up a patch in Mainstage with transpose +4 semitones, the Legend will not respond to this. But all my other keyboards respond to the transpose message.
Amy suggestions?
