Hi,
No Viscount organ is designed to link to windows directly. The USB is provided to connect to the editor facility that allows note by note adjustment of volume and tuning. It also allows for easier management of the adjustments that are made through the organs display screen. An editor dongle is needed which will be available at additional cost from your supplier. You also need to download the appropriate editor software from the Viscount Italy web site.
Why are you trying to connect your organ to Windows? As David says - Windows itself does not recognise organs however it will recognise a midi to usb cable - which I assume is what you are using to make the connection.
In order to make use of this connection you must run some additional software, which you can connect to the cable - such as Midi-OX or an organ which runs on windows.
If you want to connect to the input of another organ you must run the Windows organ and (using the organ's menus) connect it to the cable. You will then be able to play the windows organ from your CLV4 console (but the windows organ will need additional setting up in order to properly understand and use the midi events your CLV4 is sending to it).

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to connect my CLV4 (O.S. 1.8.1) to PC (O.S. Windows 10) but the pc does not recognise the organ, when I plug the USB cable into PC the pop up does not appear. How can I solve this problem?
