Vivace 30 pedal issue (1 reply)
To be sure it is not a mechanical issue, I think you would need to turn off the organ, disconnect the pedals, then turn it on again. If the problem is no longer there, then it probably is a stuck contact on the pedal board
Back to Viscount Organs Forum...
Hello everybody.
I have an issue with a Vivace 30. The problem is, that the pedals, as soon as the organ is turned on, produce a tone, as if one them is stuck. When I disconnect the pedal board from the unit, the sound remains, so it's not a mechanical issue. I performed a factory reset, no success. When the auto pedal feature is selected, everything works fine. It looks like a SW issue, but before I venture any deeper, into the problem, I would like to ask, did anybody experience such malfunction.
