Viscount Organs have just added a new vehicle to the fleet. This will help us better serve our growing customer base around the UK. Those of you who know my accountancy background will understand the reluctance with which I enter into capital expenditure.
So it was surprising that early this year I found myself suggesting that we needed an additional vehicle to make life easier for us. We often rent vehicles to cover periods of exceptional demand or for bigger loads than the Vivaro van can hold but the time had come to recognise that business levels now demanded a second vehicle.
We opted for the high roof version of a smaller Vauxhall. This will carry all of our two manual instruments with ease and so greatly increase our capacity for most of the home practice instrument deliveries.
As you see from the photos it too has been ‘wrapped’ in our distinctive livery and apart from the size is a smaller twin of its bigger brother. Look out for them, they cover a lot of miles!
I have had a passion for church organs since the tender age of 12. I own and run Viscount Organs with a close attention to the detail that musicians appreciate; and a clear understanding of the benefits of digital technology and keeping to the traditional and emotional elements of organ playing.
